It's time for my daughter to start looking around at iGCSE options to be selected next year.
We are currently checking out all the international schools to see how they may differ in their subjects and their approaches. The school she is at right now has been good but we aren't against changing schools if a GSCE programme is a better fit to her needs elsewhere.
All the schools here seem to be quite limited in option choices. I remember being at school and most kids did at least 9 GCSE's, with many doing 11 or 12 or more. Seems the norm across the board for international schools here is around 8 in total.
More importantly they only seem to get 3 subjects as their own elected choices. The problem then is whether they can do all their 3 choices or whether some of them clash with each other.
